Quality is not only a matter of analyses, or of procedures, or of processes. Quality is a matter of the mind. It is a way of life. It is a philosophy.
Quality is of course measurable in the “quality” of the produced products, but this product quality is unsustainable on the long run if the whole organization is not first and foremost quality minded: quality of the work environment (safety at work, hygiene, social responsibility), quality of professional relations (courtesy, quickness of response, professionalism), quality of equipments and infrastructure, quality of processes and procedures (ISO/HACCP).
